Let's take the app to the next level together!
Absolutely! You can log in with your existing account, and the app fully synchronizes with the website. Progress you make in the app will be reflected on the website, and vice versa.
If you have a family account on Chessity and want to give multiple family members access to the Chessity app, there are a few simple steps you can follow. Each family member can individually benefit from the app's unique learning opportunities. This process is especially important if you are a beta tester, as this first version of the app requires a bit more preparation. Below you will find step-by-step instructions:
-
Identify Profile Names: Log in to the Chessity website and click on 'Manage accounts' see NUMBER 1 to see an overview of all profiles.
Each profile within the family account has a unique profile name that you can find next to NUMBER 2 in the management screen image.
-
Set a Specific Password: Next to each profile name you will find a pencil icon, marked with NUMBER 3. Click on it to set or change a password for the respective profile. It is important to choose a strong and unique password for each family member.
-
Log in with the App: With the established profile names and passwords, each family member can download the Chessity app on their smartphone and log in with the respective details. All learning data from the app will then be synchronized with the family account on the website.
Avoid Common Login Mistakes:
To ensure the login process goes smoothly, pay attention to the following common mistakes users make:
-
Incorrect Username: It is important to remember that the name displayed on the statistic cards (like "Baby Boss") is not the username you should use to log in. These names are only for display on the website. The actual username you should use might be different, like "UnderCover" in the case of Baby Boss. Make sure to enter the correct username, which you can find in the 'Manage accounts' section next to number 2 in the image.
-
Password Error: If you encounter issues logging in, even if you think you are using the correct password, we recommend resetting the password. Go to the 'Manage accounts' section and click on the pencil icon (number 3 in the image) next to the username to set a new password.
By avoiding these common mistakes, you increase the chances of a successful login experience. If you still encounter problems despite these tips, please contact our support for further assistance.
