Chessity got stuck. What do I do now? If the site gets stuck, this can be caused by a slow or overburdened wifi connection (or no wifi connection at all).
Refresh website
Try to refresh the site manually. Press Ctrl + F5 (windows pc) or command + R (Mac), or click the refresh arrow of your browser. In most cases, this will allow you to continue playing. Should it not work, however, you can try removing the cache from your browser and then refreshing the site again.
Browser issues
You can also experience problems because of the browser you are using. Especially Android devices may come with an antiquated browser as a default. You can check whether your browser is good enough via the website html5test. You browser has to have a score of at least 350. If your browser has a lower score, download and install the latest version of your browser.

Our school/club has a bad wifi network, which slows down Chessity. What can be done about that? Chessity places a minor burden on the wifi network, so having a slower wifi network shouldn’t cause problems.
If working with a large group overburdens the wifi network, it is better to let the children work in pairs. Also, you can decide not to have all the students use Chessity at the same time.
